Preparation of the plate:
- Cut the ham in 15 slices and set aside. Take the rest of the ham and mix with the cream.
- Once is grinded, add 1 dl. of cold liquid jelly, spray with cinnamon and salt.
- Mix well and add the rest of the cream (thick).
- Fill the tarts and put the slice of Cured-cooked ham on top of every tart and the slice of truffle.
- Set aside in the fridge till the moment is eaten.
- Serve with elegance, to the guests liking.
