Cured-cooked Ham mousse tarts


Preparation of the plate:

  • Cut the ham in 15 slices and set aside.
  • Take the rest of the ham and mix with the cream.
  • Once is grinded, add 1 dl. of cold liquid jelly, spray with cinnamon and salt.
  • Mix well and add the rest of the cream (thick).
  • Fill the tarts and put the slice of Cured-cooked ham on top of every tart and the slice of truffle.
  • Set aside in the fridge till the moment is eaten.
  • Serve with elegance, to the guests liking.
