Organic delicacies. Commitment and respect for the environment
In 2008 Erre de Vic, 1952 acquired the organic seal of the European Union, , corroborated by the Catalan Council for Organic Farming Production (CCPAE), for our cured-cooked ham. Over time, other products such as our ham frankfurters, bacon and fresh pasta have achieved this seal of guarantee.
Our commitment to a healthy and balanced diet, ecological awareness and respect for the environment have led us to become one of the first companies in the meat sector to achieve this certification.
This provides proof of our commitment to foods which follow the same artisanal production process as the other products of our brand, recovering more traditional flavours and the more generous textures of the meat, with very little handling and great respect for what is more natural and authentic.
