At Erre de Vic, 1952 the passage of time has led us to meet the modern needs of customers and adapt to their eating habits and the way they look after themselves. That is why we also produce low-salt varieties which maintain the taste and organoleptic properties of their traditional equivalents, but with a lower content of this mineral.
Our products have always been made with low amounts of salt. This low-salt content, however, goes one step further in some varieties, such as our cured-cooked ham, grilled turkey and cooked chicken; these are products that are ready to be added to menus and diets which require a reduced intake of this mineral, for young children to people with health problems such as hypertension.
